Ingredients
- 1 cup organic blueberries
- 1 cup filtered water
- ½ cup organic date paste (omit if you don't want it sweeter)
- 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice
Instructions
- Add 1 cup filtered water, 1 cup organic blueberries, and ½ cup organic date paste to your pot. Set to medium heat, stirring occasionally until date paste is dissolved.1 cup organic blueberries, ½ cup organic date paste, 1 cup filtered water
- Turn up to medium heat. Let it low-boil for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
