Preheat oven to 425 °F
In a food processor or high powered blender, combine coconut aminos with oil, garlic, ginger, chives, cilantro and salt.
Slice your cut of beef into ½ inch x ½ inch chunks and cover with half of the marinade.
Peel and dice sweet potatoes into ½ inch x ½ inch pieces. Coat with olive oil, sprinkle with Redmonds kosher salt, and put it in your air fryer at 375 °F (do not turn on the air fryer yet). Use a liner for easy cleanup.
Chop your head of broccoli into small florets (use the stems too) and measure out 3 cups.
Slice squash into ¾ inch pieces, set aside.
Using a large and well-seasoned cast iron pan, spread out the broccoli evenly. Drizzle with remaining marinade and mix together to fully coat the broccoli.
Add in beef. Ensure everything is evenly spaced and not crowded to be sure you aren’t steaming it.
Cook for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack of your oven. Broil and cook an additional 2 minutes for extra browning.
Cook sweet potatoes in air fryer for 15 minutes. Add the squash halfway through. Everything should be hot and ready at the same time!
